Creating a Vision Board - Part One ‘Visioning’ | Wonderworks Blog
As was suggested in Jess’s blog two weeks ago, ‘Welcoming Spring Equinox with Open Arms’, one way to ring in Spring is to create a VISION BOARD.This is one of my personal favourites and since I am feeling a need for renewal of my personal life-vision…am in the process of creating a new one right now. It truly is a ‘process’! The first part is the ‘visioning’ -deeply looking inside as to what is calling you and this helps you to see what it is that defines you, what is important and where your heart is calling you….a self-discovery gift in itself! Secondly, seeing where your inspiration takes you -what it is that you want to manifest and then collecting the symbols, pictures and words and finally creatively collaging it all together as your own personal vision board.
Over the years of making vision boards, I am continually stuck by how powerful they are in ‘calling into manifestation’ what you put on them! It is also a lot of fun to create, whether you are looking at magazines and cutting out things that strike you or creating a desk-top version that you can look at daily on your computer. Since there is quite a lot of inspiring and creative aspects and options in creating a board, this will be part one in a series of blogs!

There is no right or wrong way to tell your improved story. It can be about your past, present, or future experiences. The only criterion that is important is that you be conscious of your intent to tell a better-feeling, improved version of your story. Telling many good-feeling short stories throughout your day will change your point of attraction. Just remember that the story you tell is the basis of your life. So tell it the way you want it to be. Abraham-Hicks

inspired thinking - my goals for the year

So this maybe a bit tardy, but better late than never. I’ve been riding a wave of contagious good-vibes, and optimism since the beginning of the new calendar year, though it’s taken me a few weeks to feel out what I want to achieve - so really I needed until almost lunar new year in order to figure this stuff out.

I am making a list of all the things I want to accomplish in 2012. An amazing, brilliant and vibrant to-do list:

- Being healthy in mind & body: this is the year I kick Lupus’ ass into remission and restore my vitality, regain energy, and will be reborn/rejuvenated as even more bad-ass than I was before all of this health related drama started.

-Creating my fantastically exciting first art exhibition ever, which is also my MA project (thesis-y thing) and finishing grad school :D

-Constructing and working on my new independent domain blog - more details soon, I am very excited about this

-Getting back to daily yoga practice, and running daily as well

-Decluttering my house, clothes & possessions - I truly believe this will make me happier, saner and help in so many ways

-Making every single day magical, and creating some fantastic new realities/manifestations with Rosa Mystica

-Working with my new burlesque troupe (also exciting news, more details TBA) to create some wonderfully successful, original, quality shows

-Drink more water and tea, less alcohol; keep up my awesome vegan, g/f, low-glycemic diet

-Spend less time online, read more books (I have a big pile to get through at the moment)

-Making more time for the incredible friends in my life, and cutting out the dead-weight

-Traveling more: on my destination wishlist - UK, Ireland & France, Greece, Austria (to visit some old friends), Iceland, NYC, Japan

What are your goals for this year? What do you hope to accomplish?

happy full moon and 11/11/11, lovelies :)

I’m going to work some serious prosperity magic tonight. Momma needs a bag - more figuratively than literally, but I wouldn’t say no to a pretty new purse either.

Do you have any plans for the full moon? Did you celebrate last night or today? Or are you a numerology nerd like me and loving 11/11/11? :)

Brightest blessings! ☽○☾
