Thanks to If You Fall Photography & Pretty Poopie for making us lookg awesome and also to Re:Reading for hosting us for the shoot.I had a lot of fun shooting the ladies of Nerd Girl Burlesque for their Bookclub Burlesque show coming up August 17. It promises to be a fun evening of literary nerdery with a sexy twist. Pretty Poopie is responsible for the awesome book cover design.
This show is one of the main reasons I have not been very active on Twitter lately - burlesque is eating up all of my time. SO COME TO THE GODDAMN SHOW AND SEE ALL THE HARD WORK WE’VE BEEN PUTTING INTO IT! (Ps. That’s me with the shaved head, RIP dreadlocks.)

This show is going to be lots of fun, you can expect numbers inspired by everything from from classic English literature (Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde) to contemporary best-sellers (Hunger Games) and also beloved children’s books (Dr. Seuss). I don’t want to give too much away, but I can guarantee it’s going to be a very fun night!
Tonight, Monday August 6th we’ll also be stopping at the Toronto Nerd Mafia Pub Night. Come say hi, have a drink and we’ll also have some tickets with us.
